Answer - Yes we will always remove red eye where evident as standard.

Answer - Our payment system is completely automatic utilising one of the leading online payment companies who are recommended by many of the leading high street banks for their levels of security and encryption.
- Question - Will my picture reproduce on to canvas ?
Answer - Absolutely our colour software is specifically set up to faithfully re-create your photographs, also we have the latest state of the art print facilities capable of printing with resolutions equivalent to those used within the photographic industry.
- Question - Will my print fade ?
Answer - Ultimately all prints will fade if exposed to direct sunlight, however our inks are amongst the best in the industry and will afford an extremely long life span.
- Question - How will my product be delivered ?
Answer - Ultimately the best method of shipment to domestic premises is the Royal Mail utilising the recorded delivery system for added security, if you're out they will simply post a card that you can present when collecting your product from your local post office. Unfortunately couriers will normally return goods to the nearest depot in the event of nobody being in, regrettably this can often be many miles away.

Answer - Our staff are available to you between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, we welcome your calls and will try to assist or Answer any questions you might have.
- Question - If I wanted a gift for Christmas when would be the last date to order by ?
Answer - To be absolutely certain it's advisable to order at the beginning of December due to expected delays with Christmas post, however in previous years we've still fulfilled orders placed up to the end of the second week in December.
