Images can be accepted as a photograph or digital image via e-mail, floppy disk or CD. Where the image is provided as a hard copy photograph, this will be returned after despatch of the product.

If your photograph or other image provided is of sentimental value, we advise that you make a copy of the photograph before you send your image, we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe return of your property, however we can not be responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.

By submitting your order and confirming that you have read and understood our terms and conditions, you confirm that you are either the owner of, or have the right to use the relevant image provided. We reserve the right to return orders that we feel carry images of a distasteful or offensive nature.

It is necessary in most cases due to the product dimensions, to crop or edit the images to give the best possible balanced view of the final product. We reserve the right to perform such editing of your image, and your agreement to the terms and conditions confirms acceptance of this. One such example of editing is detailed on the quality page.

Delivery time is stated standard canvas sizes 5 - 7 days, bespoke sizes 10 - 14 days, cushions 5 - 7 days and bags 10 - 14 days. All goods will be despatched via secure courier. Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received for each order.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, then please contact the modern image UK Company via the enclosed postal address or enquiries e-mail address as listed on the order form. All enquiries must be received within 5 working days from receipt of your goods. Any goods exhibiting manufacturing defects will be replaced without argument.
