Once you've selected your image from your computer's hard drive using our browse option, you can simply upload it to our site by hitting the upload button. It's very easy. All your images are treated as confidential, by the way, and will be deleted from our server once your chosen product has been dispatched.
Once you've completed the online order details on our secure site the production process begins. From here, your image is submitted to our studio where it will be prepared for your chosen product.
In some instances, we may need to crop the edges of photographs to fit product dimensions. In these cases, we will always focus on keeping the main subject intact, removing only the outer edges. Rest assured we've done this thousands of times, and always to good effect. We know how to give you the best possible result. (See example in our terms and conditions).
Once the image layout is prepared, we will remove any 'red eye' created by your camera's flash and then print a test swatch to ensure the correct colour reproduction and print clarity. After our Quality Control department has signed off your image, full printing begins.
